[Pansophy] FPC inspection document approval

Hi Katherine,

Had a look over the two revised documents, found them to be great LCLS-HE cFPC traveler and procedure, based on direct, hands on facts collected during work done on LCLS-II cold couplers.

Had a chance to look over  the initial documents one week ago, seems Naeem sent them on Saturday on Monday last week? For sure, Monday 24 May had some comments and attached to the email sent just before I left Newport News, the right documents to be followed for coupler incoming inspections.

Shall I understand the first articles are at JLAB?  It will be good to know.
