[Pansophy] C75 Elbow & Inner adapter travelers Review

Anne, or maybe others in the email,
The traveler and the underlying requirement document (usually a drawing) should be aligned. Can the drawing used in the inspection traveler be revised to include the correct information, e.g. the correct IA length or large tolerance? Seems like a time investment now will yield greater time savings in future work. It is also good QA/QC practice when we inspect to controlled documents.

Hi Ed & Kurt

To follow up on the C75 meeting today Here are the travelers for review - and to see what can be done to reduce the number of dimensions that unnecessarily might be causing NCRs


  1.  Inner Adapter C75-CPR-INSP-INAD Rev 1
     *   Flatness & Surface Finish should be the only dimensions that might generate an NCR
     *   Length could be a reference ?
  2.  Elbows C75-CPR-INSP-HOME Rev1

  *   Flatness & Surface Finish are required
  *   Other ???

Could you please review the travelers and give Aaron (the author)  your feedback on what should be changed - he will be able to follow up so the updated Traveler goes into the system for approval

You will likely need to see the drawings likely best to look at what is in Pansophy .

PS -  we will likely need to do the same review for the Dog Legs and person some of the other components that are generating a lot of unnecessary NCRs
