Tony (& Anne),
I am still very sick and will not be online tomorrow. Just now looking at emails.
Whatever SRFOPS / MPL L2HE decides... I will do.
Valerie

Subject: SLAC QA vs SLAC CTB data requests
Agenda for tomorrow’s meeting regarding SLAC QA vs SLAC CTB data requests. I have summarized my understanding of what SLAC wants, and my thoughts on what SRFOPS can deliver.
SLAC wants…
SRFOPS proposes…
1
SLAC Smartsheet (rev 1) is set up to collect minimal data on every cavity test.
SRFOPS position is… <to be discussed>. This may be minimal effort and helpful to the CTB.
2
SLAC Smartsheet (rev 1) is set up to collect minimal data on every NCR related to cav test results.
SRFOPS position is to enter NCR data into SmartSheet only when SLAC involvement is required for significant issues with nonperforming cavities (e.g. not a FE/rinse/repeat).
3
SLAC wants CTB to have near real-time input following a cavity test.
SRFOPS position is to warm up a cavity following any test. If it doesn’t pass, then CTB may provide input, SRFOPS takes actions, then the cavity is put into the testing schedule. Cycle time is days, not hours.
4
SLAC wants access to full cav data ASAP.
SRFOPS position is that cav data entered into the traveler is the official record, and only available in Pansophy Project Reports when the traveler is closed. SLAC can view and download this data whenever they want. Preliminary data and raw data uploaded to the traveler can be shared with SLAC/CTB, but should be marked as unofficial.
5
SLAC QA wants a hold point in the CSA traveler to ensure CTB info is conveyed to the CSA technicians.
SRFOPS position is to create the hold point with a comment box that John V and Charlie R can clear. SRFOPS may add Kirk D. as an emergency backup on the hold point so production is not interrupted.
6
Other things that SLAC wants that should be discussed?
