[Pansophy] C50-01 dog leg traveler

Hi pansphy team

In today's C50/75 meeting we were told by Kirk Davis that the  that came off C50-01 should go back on C50-01, they should not go on  C75

In future we were told c59 could us standard DL, this is a special case for C50-01
