[Pansophy] Template will not show up in word

I'm sorry we missed your email.
Once you link the work directory in MSWord, then select FILE -> NEW -> SHARED -> TravelerTemplate
If you don't see the Templates after selecting SHARED, Please let us know and we will look again.

Hi Pansophy Team,

I sent this message on Sunday night, and I have not heard back yet, so I am resending it.

I followed the instructions in TravelerAuthorship2020 to link the traveler and procedure templates to word on my laptop. The templates are not showing up. I linked the Word Workgroup templates to M:\asd\asddocs\TravelerTemplates. I reopened Word and there are no templates to select from. Please advise.
