For the VTA RWP, does that get uploaded to a standard “RWP” area in DocuShare? Then you can grab the link from there.
If this is to be used across projects then we might want to establish and “VTA” folder where all such documents can be kept. Your(/Kirk) choice. The same would be true for the SpreadSheet.
I do not know where the standard "RWP" area is in docushare. I have looked and I am unable to find the area. Please advise.

I’m sorry Christiana (and my team even reminded me today)…
The C100-* project area is closed and no more travelers should be initiated there.
Please use C100R for all work related to C100 parts (including cavities).
We do not currently print-out travelers/procedures, but rather use DocuShare for routing and Approvals.
For C100R use this directory
https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-41002
When a traveler/Procedure is ready, upload to “Ready For Approvals” Folder.
For “included/linked” files, in not already in DocuShare, can be uploaded to the “Procedures Included Files” or “Travelers Included Files” folders.
If you need it immediately, I would suggest uploading to the Include Files folder for now, until a “VTA” area could be established, and link to it there.
Hopefully, I answered your questions. Please let me know if you need more information.
Thanks.

Subject: [Pansophy] Where to put my procedures for review and other questions
Hi Pansophy Team,
I have a document that is ready for review. Do I still print it out, get signatures and put it in the folder slot near Megan’s cubicle? I need this document uploaded so I can provide the link to it for the C100 traveler.
Additional questions, from my email on Friday:
1. Can we keep C100R as the traveler id for C100 vta cavity testing?
2. I have the VTA RWP. Is there a place in Pansophy where it should be kept? I have multiple travelers that need to link to it. The existing link in C100 traveler is a dead link.
3. The existing link in C100 traveler to the spreadsheet to process the data is dead as well. Where should this go? Multiple travelers will need to link to it as well. The spreadsheet is not specific to C100 as we use it to process most of the cavity types.

Hello Christiana!
I’m sorry we missed your email.
Once you link the work directory in MSWord, then select FILE -> NEW -> SHARED -> TravelerTemplate
If you don’t see the Templates after selecting SHARED, Please let us know and we will look again.

Hi Pansophy Team,
I sent this message on Sunday night, and I have not heard back yet, so I am resending it.
I followed the instructions in TravelerAuthorship2020 to link the traveler and procedure templates to word on my laptop. The templates are not showing up. I linked the Word Workgroup templates to M:\asd\asddocs\TravelerTemplates. I reopened Word and there are no templates to select from. Please advise.
