[Pansophy] Upstream bellows; LEHE-INSP-BLBU

Good morning,

I`m getting started on the visual inspection of the LCLSIIHE upstream bellows, I don`t see any SN`s in either of the drop down boxes.

To start the visual inspection I have SN 001, 002, 003 and 004  on the CMM shelf from inventory.

There will be 12 total to be inspected.
