Just to confirm, due to the project being closed, I cannot upload any new procedures to the LCLS-II folder?  Your reply said travelers and I didn't know if the stipulation would be different for procedures.

That project has been closed and cannot have any new data or travelers uploaded. Our recommendation would be to edit the travelers so they say L2HE, and put them in the ready for approvals folder.



In addition, please address any emails to pansophy, rather to one of us specifically. It helps us keep track of what is going on, and allows others to help if the original recipient is unavailable.

Hey Allen,



I am actually referring to old LCLS-II procedures (link attached).  There was about 8 CMTF cryo procedures that we not finalize until the project was over with and I was hoping to possibly make them official that way we have a draft to work of when LCLS-HE testing comes about. Would that be something that can be done?

Are you referring to L2HE procedures? If so, that project is still open. If they need to be sent out for approvals, please put them in the project’s ready for approvals folder. You can find it if you go back on folder from Drafts and looking a bit below it. We have notifications set up, so we will know as soon as you place something in there.
