[Pansophy] Kurt NCR on C75-ACC-CM-COMM

I was kind of hoping you would know. If you need the traveler now then I can upload it and fix the NCR name once we know. But I’d prefer to get this taken care of before I upload. Who should we talk to who might know the new project lead?
