Hi Gary,
Upon review of the revisions to the traveler, I believe the new content, along with the fact that the new content is bold typeface, will sufficiently direct the technician(s) in a manner that reduces the identified risks.
Nice work.

Hi Dan,
In response to the conclusions from CMASS ASSY PFMEA, John added language to the steps 18, 21 and 24 of the attached traveler. Could you please review the traveler and let John and I know if the added words help to mitigate the risks?
Thanks,
Gary

Hi Dan,
Could you remind me if PFMEA of cold mass assembly suggests any extra safety or quality measures to be taken? If not, I will submit the traveler for approvals.
Thanks,
Gary

Hi John,
The string will likely start next week. Roll out might happen before the end of March. I would like the CM assy traveler to be approved and live by then. In addition, any known drawing updates for the cold mass should be folded into the drawing package.
We'll discuss at the end of the PPU mtg this week.
Cheers,
Ed
