[Pansophy] Unable to log in to Putty

To Whom it may concern,

I am having trouble logging in to remote desktop through putty. I tried using my current password, but kept getting an "Access Denied" Error. Note that this isn't the six number smartkey passcode, but the username and password you use before getting to that point. I'm going to try resetting my password to see if that works, but I wouldn't be surprised if I'm locked out at this point. Would you please look into this to see what is going on?
