I approved this traveler but have a couple comments.



  1.  The needle valve at the non pumping end of the string is closed and has atm. pressure with a blank on the far side.  May want to consider taping closed and tagging do not open.


  1.  Do we want to continue this traveler for next steps or write another for starting ion pump, preparing for transfer and transfer to next work center?
