Hi Valerie,
Combining two is OK with me especially Pansophy prefers it! One question is;
The old C100R traveler (R2) was written before you split the steps between work stations. So the leak check is a part of R2. For the new SPARE traveler I was going to have 2 other travelers for cold cycle (re-use doesn't need cold cycle bit kyocera will need it) and leak check. Any prefrerence how to organize? I suggest a short Teams meeting tomorrow morning so I'll explain. I think 30 min will be more than enough.

HyeKyoung,
The use of SPARE does not follow our new traveler naming convention.
The traveler ID C100R-CAV-INSP-HMFT-SPARE-R1.
Additionally, the use of a second traveler for HMFT inspections is not advisable.
· C100R-CAV-INSP-HMFT
· C100R-CAV-INSP-HMFT-SPARE
Would you please consider combining your 2 travelers into a single traveler
with one page for Re-Use HMFTs
and one page for KYOCERA HMFTs?
This is being used successfully in a similar traveler C75-CPR-INSP-HOML, where both new and old parts are being inspected within the same traveler.
Additionally, it gives the inspection team a single place for all inspections of the HMFTs.
This will also aid in future datamining.
I have attached a sample traveler for your consideration.
I have also updated the traveler to the current Template and renamed to the new Traveler Naming Convention:
· C100R-INSP-HMFT-R3
Please review and let us know if this would be acceptable to use.
Thank You for your consideration.

Hi Megan,
The current C100R traveler is still valid. That's for the feedthru that we'll reuse. This is a different traveler for new parts.

HyeKyoung,
Are you opposed to calling it C100R-CAV-INSP-HMFT-R3 vs SPARE?
