[Pansophy] C100R Serial Numbers - revised traveler code to show ALL SNs - Parts are NOT being tracked

FYI...

I have updated all travelers in the C100R for SN dropdowns.
Previously a "flag" was set for IS_USED which is no longer valid as parts are "everywhere",
some coming from DISA CMs
and some new
and some from cabinets...
therefore, this flag is no longer relevant in the current environment where parts are not tracked.
