Hi Megan,
Thanks for the tutorial slides. I see that I need to restart the computer after the Docushare installation is complete. I may not be able to do it until I finish the ongoing simulation work this evening. If I need any further assistance, then I will contact you tomorrow morning.

Thank you
Lakshmi

Good morning Lakshmi!

You are correct, the travelers in those directories are not consistent with our new traveler template. This PowerPoint shows how to access the new template in the beginning slides https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Documents/TravelerAuthorship.pptx

Here is a slide set on installing DocuShare drive with some screen recorded videos https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Documents/DocuShareDrive.pptx

I am free until 11am for a call and from 1pm-4pm!

Megan

Good Morning Megan,
I need to modify the L2 PRD inspection traveler for CF flange current leads and magnets. I tried to edit the word document in the local drive. Is it the correct way to approach it, because I see that the template is not consistent with that in pansophy?
I may also need assistance in installing the docushare drive. Are you available after 10 am for teams call?

Thank you
Lakshmi

All,

Here is some information if you are trying to find L2PRD travelers to modify for L2HE.

In the L2PRD DocuShare area (click here<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-20921>), navigate to Approved Travelers. When searching for your traveler, click the word Title to order the folder names alphabetically, including revision. This should make it easier to find the latest version of the document you're looking for. To view them all on one page, click the down arrow near the next page arrow and select Show All. This is where we move the travelers after we put them into the system. They will contain any specialized formatting that we may have added. Keep in mind, these travelers are not in the updated traveler template.

If you have DocuShare Drive installed, navigate to the L2PRD area (X:\Facilities\SRF Institute\01 - SRF Projects\01 - Open\1.17 LCLS-II (L2P) - Joe Preble\1.17.04.006.007 LCLS- II Project - Cryomodule Production (Preble^Daly)\07 - Process Documents^Travelers (L2CP01)) and select Approved Travelers. Click the Name column header to order the folders alphabetically. If you do not have DocuShare Drive installed and you need assistance installing it, please email pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>
