Tiffany,
What is the difference between D5 and the other dewars? Can this be combined? With a checkbox?

What should be the L2HE / new traveler ID for the traveler that was L2PRD-CAV-TRANS-TSTD-D5 so that it keeps with the new traveler ID format? This is the traveler that transfers cavities onto a Dewar 5 test stand. Yesterday I sent the traveler for L2HE for single cavity test stands - L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD. For the dewar 5 transfer traveler, should the ID be L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-TSTD5 (add a "5" to the end of the traveler ID)?

Find the latest revision of the ASSY travelers in L2PRD Approved Travelers (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-20925)
The traveler will have to be moved to the current template, instructions on how to access that are in the first few slides of Traveler Authorship 2020 (https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Documents/TravelerAuthorship.pptx), also found on the Pansophy home page. These slides also have information on writing travelers if needed.
The new names will be L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1 and L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2.
Please ensure that the appropriate people are added to the NCR Informative Emails, NCR Dispositioners, and D3 Emails (do not put the same names for Informative and Dispositioners).
When ready, upload to the Ready for Approvals folder in the L2HE DocuShare area (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-43968) and email pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org> to inform us that it is ready and it will be routed for approval.
Data should not be put into L2PRD, so if you are aware of this happening, please relay that message.
Let us know if you have any more questions!
Megan

Hi all, the cavity assembly guys seem to be actively using L2 cavity assembly travelers for HE cavities.
We need to copy L2PRD-CAV-ASSY-FRST and L2PRD-CAV-ASSY-SCND into HE space, along with all the data from 331 and 009. What is the best way to do this?
Tiffany, does the traveler need any revisions? Do we need any other travelers in place? Ideally, we should get our travelers in place as soon as possible since we're doing work already.
Thanks,
Katherine
