[Pansophy] Procedure Review Date Question

Pansophy Team,

A few of the PLACLN procedures have moved into the Approved folder.  I notice that there are not dates on the cover sheet for Approval Date and Periodic Review Date.  How frequent should the Period Review be done?  Also, I probably misunderstood the process, but I thought the Approval Date and Periodic Review Date would have been filled in once the procedure was approved (by the Pansophy team?) since I could not know when the procedure would actually be approved when I uploaded to start the review/approval process.  Can these dates be added to the procedures now that the procedures have been approved?
