[Pansophy] ER5C Serial Number Adjustments

I think we should reset CONFIG to the New SEQ_NUMs in the attached file.
This resets the traveler sequence numbers for the "next" instantiated traveler.
This would give us a cushion for eventually transferring data from C75 and C50R into ER5C.

What do you think? We would want to do this ASAP...
