[Pansophy] C100R Travelers

Pansophy Team,

In this week's Thursday meeting on C100R (11:00 am), Tony has agreed to start off the meeting looking at travelers.  I know that we frequently go through the list looking for overdue items; however, I wanted to be sure that we did a more thorough scrub of the list since last week there was some confusion on the C100R travelers due to:

-          Travelers in Pansophy that are not being used (can they be removed if they are not being used, or do we need to clarify when they get used?)

-          NCR / D3 names not assigned or out of date (travelers have not been updated to the new format and we need to ensure that NCR personnel are current SRF employees)

-          Traveler in the master list but not in Pansophy (if we need this traveler, why did we not use it for C100-06?)

I've gone through the C100R master list (downloaded from Docushare ~ 2pm today), compared it to Pansophy, and make notes on issues and/or questions.  I've attached a link of my working file for your review.  The intention is to go over the list in the C100R meeting on Thursday to get input from the meeting attendees so that the master list, travelers, and Pansophy can be corrected (or action and person(s) responsible to correct items can be recorded).  I'm hoping that items such as identifying NCR and D3 names and some minor discrepancies between the master list and Pansophy (such as identifying travelers that can be removed from the master list or from Pansophy) can be done during the meeting.

Will a traveler revision be required if the only change is to add NCR email, NCR dispositioner, and D3 names?
If the current author of a traveler (or procedure) no longer works in SRF, can the author column be updated to reflect the point of contact for that traveler (or procedure)?
