One further comment - I did some checking to see if there were any parts that are used on all Cryomodules  (C20/C50/C75 + C100/P1/F100 etc.) - as it turns out there are a few parts

John Fischer mentioned 8 Pin Cryogenic Feed through as an example where he said in the "old days" they were not serialized - but now we are serializing them . he said there are likely other instrumentation where the same would apply . So we might want to think about whether we want to separate 5 Cell from 7 Cell CMs

We can talk again next week - I copied Phil this time so he is in the loop

As discussed (separate but somewhat related topic)  , we also need to start a master list update for C100R to sort out the dispositions  & maybe a few travelers  I had several conversations already with Ashley & Tiffany who both think a meeting is needed to sort out responsibilities and NCR approvers etc.  but this may need to be a separate meeting . C100R is set up very differently from how we do things today

FYI- Tony is out this afternoon

Here are my initial plans/thoughts for converting to the new ER5C project area.

The attached spreadsheet has the current known travelers for each area (C20, C50R, C75) and the number of instantiations we are working with which will need data moved.

I have also broken the travelers down by work center areas where WCA Leads will need to review travelers to be converted.

Here is an outline (Straw Dog) of what I see as the conversion steps which need to be taken:

We would need to start this process ASAP as to prevent additional data moving/problems as we work towards conversion to ER5C.

Once you agree these are the steps to be taken, who should be notified or brought on-board to the plans prior to notifying the general SRF population?
