[Pansophy] Ari's unapproved WMGRDR documents

We don’t know yet. For L2HE it was John Vennekate. But that’s a different project altogether. This might be something that CEBAF needs to figure out before we can move forward. Maybe Ed Daly, Charlie Reece, Tony, or Camille have a better idea of who should take over.

Who's taking over for Ari in this department?  I don't really want to approve / disapprove these since its a bit outside of my areas of expertise.
