I`m trying to close out Tophat bellow SN 004, NCR# 247. scratches on seal surface area.

In traveler on Cycle #1 Responding comment , use tophat with o-ring, assemble with tophat bellows leak test to verify sealing surface is acceptable.

On cycle # 2 Modification/ Remeasure when I fill in rework #2   leak check passed, and fill in 2nd verification and hit Submit to Database a page comes up "Something went wrong we are working it"

So traveler is ready to be closed NCR #247 has been resolved.
