[Pansophy] L2HE INV Travelers

Hi,

I found the documentation for the HMFTs and FPFTs (480 total already received) and Liang would like INV Travelers to capture this information.

We also just received L2HE Inner Mag Shields (2nd set) and will need INV Travelers for these as well.

I added these to Ready For Approvals folder.
