[Pansophy] C50-01R travelers

I spoke with John. Looks like there will be a series of ER5C travelers 
to create. The cavity mag shield installation and SN will be added to 
the ER5C corresponding travelers, i.e. receiving inspection and cryounit 
tuner assembly traveler.
