It appears you did not select "Yes" or "No" for the ResolveStatus at the bottom of the D3. This is a required field which is why it gave you an error. Try again with filling that out and let us know if you have more issues!

I tried to perform a D3 in the traveler  for SN CAV-331 ,when I hit instantiate, it came up as ERROR?
