[Pansophy] D3/NCR Error

Pansophy Team,

I am trying to initiate a D3 on AUP-ASSY-DAMP-HKTEE and whenever I submit I get an error (Standard "Something went wrong. We are working on it").  Something similar happened previously when I tried to start an NCR on a different project, but I can't recall which (I believe it was C75-CPR-ASSY-DGLG).  Not sure what the issue is, please help!
