Please complete a separate Scope of Work form for Ellie Chason, Paul Kelemen and Cole.  Also, please sign a new Mentoring Requirements document.  Signing only one would be fine.

The SciEd's goal is to support YOU, so that you are more able to focus on the tasks your students(s) will need to do to complete their project(s). Please take a moment to respond to this assessment, so that we can identify areas that require support now and in the future.
