[Pansophy] Serial Number Formats with DL-5 and DL-15 (for Pair 1 C50)

Hello Pansophy Team

Chris Dreyfus made mention today of an issue with how the SN are appearing in the travelers that they were finding confusing  (Justin Kent from the VTA appeared to be confirming this issue)

For DL- 5, it is appearing in the different travelers as DL-5, DL-005 and DL-05   We just checked the Inspection traveler for C50 and C75 as an example and confirmed . (on  the  part it is scribed on as DL-5 )

For DL-15  Chris said it was showing up in some travelers as DL-15, and in other travelers as DL-015 (on the actual part it is shown as DL015 )

We realize that eventually this will be resolved with the ER solution for common parts , however if it is possible to resolve a little sooner I am sure that folks will appreciate this
