Hi Jacob & Larry

Valerie just showed me how to edit the calibration entries - so the CMM is fixed now - we even added the room number

I do think that Larry should consider some additional fields such as both a primary and secondary person etc. However he is the process owner so this is his decision

I will be starting to load in additional items next week , now that I know how to make edits

Will an equipment owner be able to edit the info to make corrections in the production version? Is an entry for the next calibration a new record or an updated record?

Hi Valerie - That was my mistake - could you please change it to 365 days (one year) - I could not see that once data was entered that there was any way for me to edit it

You had 265 days for the span and so it calculate 12-dec-2021.

I updated the instrument to a span of 365 days and set MTE to YES.

Please verify.

I just checked the CMM Calibration data  in the Pansophy development space - it looks like the recalibration date has not yet been corrected in Pansophy

Is it possible to fix the date for next cal , should be 24- Mar-2022 (not 14-Dec 2020)  ?



Also - there was no definition for "critical MTE" so I checked "no" but in hindsight  likely Larry means this to be items to be kept in calibration according to his yet to be released procedure

Also could we change "critical MTE to "yes"
