[Pansophy] access request

Hi Allen & Megan

Dana Cochran from MIS  administers Docushare, and could likely help if someone needs a Docushare account or permissions

However it looks like here Ashley is trying to add folks to have Pansophy accounts , which is a different problem , in the past only Valerie did this

FYI- Yesterday I had a request also from John Fischer, that he had new people just hired to his team , and wanted to know if their names could be added to the Pansophy drop downs & permissions . So I would propose I will  collect up the names for all these new people (I will try to find them out) , and then will see if someone (perhaps Mike?) could help in Valerie's absence to get them all accounts - or if they done mind waiting a few days then We can  them when Valerie is back .

I will let you know what I find out - in the meantime so that Ashley does not feel we are ignoring her I would suggest that you or Megan could please let her know her message has been received, and that we are working on this to collect the names of the people who just recently joined SRF, and will add them in as soon as can - if I see Ashley I will mention this to her to find out how urgent her request is

Allen - could you please start the list of new people  - I will send you more names as soon as I get them
