Maybe that also explains the observation with prefilled fields in the travelers we were looking at yesterday.

Mircea,

Something somehow got misaligned but all data has been restored and back in place! Your travelers had somehow been duplicated as sequence numbers 8, 9, 10, and 11. They are now sequence numbers 18, 19, 20 and 21. We don't know what caused this issue but we believe we have all data in its rightful place.

Please go and check all of these sequence numbers and see if all is correct within them!

Great, thank you so much!

I accessed Pansophy in the morning, generated traveler with seq 17. Had the Pansophy open all time (when the other 3 travels were open) and during this time work was done on L2HE traveler to update the drop down menu with HE351... maybe that was the reason. Anyhow, traveler at seq 17 had unexpected left over.

Megan,

Had 3 traveler open (actually 4) open yesterday afternoon. The traveler at seq 17 is one of them... found out cavity 351 is not in the drop down menu and sent out an email.

For the other 3 cavities, had travelers initiated (pressed New button), selected form drop down menu the serial number for the cavity, Initiate, submit first page, then placed data in, pressed the submit button after submitted each set of data ( mainly Pi mode frequencies - 9 of them for each coupler) and... at least for the last one (for Cav295 talked with John about and show him the traveler had already data in.

I was even asking John to let Pansophy know about...

Strange.  Never happen: first, to have new travelers with data fields already completed, then, 3 submitted  (not yet closed!) vanished.

Mircea,

After looking through the database, it appears that sequence numbers 18, 19 and 20 never existed. When we checked our page usage, it appears that you had 11 instances of a traveler with sequence number -1, meaning the traveler was never instantiated. The way to check this is when filling out a traveler, look at the upper right hand corner to see if it has an assigned traveler sequence number. If it shows -1, this mean it has not been assigned a traveler sequence number.[cid:image003.jpg at 01D7D0C8.32CAFF40]

Remember, once you click "Instantiate", you can never click "Submit to Database" too many times. Each time "Submit to database" is clicked, a new line is inserted into the database and we are able to see a full history of the data collected. Data in Pansophy is never deleted, only obsoleted.

Good morning,

First, I want to thank you uploading the Serial Number for HE351. It was great, I was able use it, and to fill up some data for this cavity .

However, I have to let you know, I had surprises opening (initiating) new travelers for L2HE -VTA-CAV-RF: expected to have a new form, with empty spaces and it was not the case (except for the first page, where the cavity SN has to be picked up from the drop down menu). Found all other pages with older information. Yesterday afternoon had 4 traveler initiated, each one had the almost all fields with older information ( not the same!).

See screen copy the traveler I open before HE351 was added to the drop down menu.

Please let me know if I was doing something wrong. For sure it was something out of order.
