In the HE staff meeting, they just mentioned that two of the production cavities are on–site, so the cavities should start the production process soon.  If these cavities end up needing a re-test in the VTRF, then the ASSY1 traveler will be needed.  There is a new data field in this version traveler that we need to track so we need R2 in place for these cavities.

Since everyone else has approved the traveler, I will also go ahead and approve it so that the version of the traveler in the system has the new data field.  We still will need to get the reference documents issued and hyperlinked.  I believe both of the reference documents are in Pansophy’s queue to transfer from L2PRD to L2HE.


·         Ionized Nitrogen Cleaning Procedure –  Valerie confirmed that SRFOPS-PR-CLNRM-CST-ION-R1 is on the Pansophy list (email 10/7)

·         Cavity Assembly Part I Procedure – I remember a discussion between Valerie and Danny on this procedure.  Valerie (and I) were unable to locate the file used for L2PRD.  I believe Danny was supposed to be providing it so that the Pansophy team could convert it to an L2HE procedure.

Allen,

This is the traveler that should not have been sent out for approval.  It is missing the hyperlinks for two of the reference files.  The reference files have not been issued yet so they cannot be hyperlinked into the traveler yet.

To stop the approval process for this file, I will decline the traveler and add a note to indicate that it should not be sent out for approval until all of the reference documents are ready.
