If Danny is the author, I'll send it to him to look over it. I just finished moving everything over to the new procedure template and will email it to him. If there is anything you can do on your end to help get this moving, I'd appreciate it.

It is likely that this traveler would be used in the next couple of weeks. I'm not sure who the "Project Manager" for an SRF-MSPR procedure should be. Ed is the project manager for the SNSPPU, which is why he is listed. I think that just having Danny and Kirk approve it would be sufficient - it isn't a complicated procedure and it is a well-established process for the cleanroom. But if a third approver is needed, I think it is fine to keep Ed as the approver or potentially use Tony (as the SRF head) instead of Ed. You might want to get Valerie's input on if there is a preference / proper 3rd approver for this standard, non-project specific procedure.

Tiffany,

How soon do we need this traveler? I'm looking at the SNSPPU procedure, I could get this turned into a SRF procedure quickly, and it's only got Danny, Kirk, and Ed as the approvers. If we get them to jump on the approval (or anyone you want to replace them with), we could potentially have this approved and added to the traveler by the end of the day, making it only one procedure we're missing.

In that case I'll switch the link out for the SNSPPU one, just so we have a more recent procedure. When the SFR is ready, we can make an R3 (with any luck it'll happen around the same time the Assembly Part 2 procedure is made available, so we can put them both in the same revision).

I found the last email I have on the Ionized Nitrogen Cleaning Procedure. The more current version of the procedure used for SNSPPU was the version to be converted to an SRF-MSPR procedure (not the one from 2016).

I don't see any email about the L2PRD Cavity Assembly Part 1 or Part 2 procedures. I just recall a verbal discussion in a meeting between Valerie and Danny. I'll kick out an email to them to see where we stand with these procedures.

In that case I will route them for now, and see what I can find on my end. If you hear anything first, please let me know.

I believe the Ionized Nitrogen Cleaning Procedure is one of the procedures in the Pansophy's to-do list for converting to the SRF-MSPR format. I'd have to go look through emails to verify though. When the SRF-MSPR version of this procedure is issued, the hyperlink will need to be updated.

The L2PRD Cavity Assembly Part 2 procedure is in the same situation as the L2PRD Cavity Assembly Part 1 procedure referenced in L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1 traveler. Both of these Cavity Assembly procedures could not be located (by myself and Valerie I think) in the Docushare folders. I believe that Danny was supposed to provide copies of these procedure to Valerie/ the Pansophy team so that they could be converted to L2HE procedures, approved, uploaded to Docushare, etc.

You are correct that we will need another revision of the L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2 traveler to update / add the hyperlinks when the procedures get issued.

Tiffany,

L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2 got approved, and since the RGA Leak Test is now available, I went ahead and added it. I also took another look at the other references, and had a few questions. There's two references that concern me: the Ionized Nitrogen Cleaning Procedure, and the L2PRD Cavity Assembly Part 2 Procedure. The Nitrogen Cleaning procedure is linked to an old procedure from 2016, and the cavity assembly procedure doesn't have a link. Do we want to wait for these to become available, or is there a planned R3 that will be put out when they do?
