Just looked at the procedures. Both are in an older procedure template and will need to be moved to the latest template. But otherwise they look good. I will update them and send to you for review.

Both procedures have been uploaded to the Ready for Approvals folder and can be routed for approval.  I listed Danny and Chris as approvers.  Other than formatting changes, I did not make any changes to the work steps of the procedure for either document.  Both documents will need the SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-CST-ION procedure hyperlinked once the ION procedure has been approved (out for approval now).  We will also be able to update the hyperlinks in the L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1 and -ASSY2 travelers once these procedures are issued.

Thanks Chris.  Could these procedures be used as-is for other projects, or are the instructions specific to L2 / 9-cell cavities?  If they could be used for other projects, I can make them into SRF general use procedure; otherwise, I'll make them L2HE procedures.

Hi All,



The L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1 and -ASSY2 travelers reference the L2PRD Cavity Assembly Part 1 and Part 2 procedures.  Both of these travelers are issued, but without the proper hyperlink to the associated procedure.  I was unable to locate either of these procedures in Docushare.  I vaguely remember a conversation where Danny mentioned that he had the procedures saved elsewhere and would provide them to Valerie.  The Pansophy team would then convert them to L2HE procedures and send them out for approval.



Can you please provide the status of the Cavity Assembly Part 1 and Part 2 procedures?
