[Pansophy] Adding Documents Links to Approved Travelers

David,

It's less about difficulty, and more about a bad habit. If we have to change something while they're out for approval, that usually means stopping the whole routing process and starting over. That's one of the reasons why we pull documents from the ready for approvals folder, not the drafts. They're supposed to be in a state where if approved, they could go straight into pansophy with a bit of proofreading on our end (that doesn't always happen, but it's what we're shooting for). That said, if it needs to be done, we can and will do it.

Hi Allen,

This was more of a inquisitive question than anything else. We had some discussions about adding some extra documentation for some of the SNS PPU CM assembly travelers, and I was just curious what would be the process be like if we did want to add some documentation to them, but it seems it would be easier if we did not.

We try not to do it, but as long as the document hasn't been uploaded to pansophy, this can be done. What is the traveler, and what is the link to it?
