[Pansophy] WMGRDR Traveler Use

Hi Allen,
We will still be refurbishing girders whenever possible, so these 
travelers should remain available.  Could you send a copy of this 
masterlist.  The problem here for me is that Ari Palczewski was supposed 
to get these travelers written and into the system.  I don't have much 
familiarity with what travelers are needed to push girders through the 
cleanroom, etc.  So, I have some things to figure out.
