[Pansophy] New DocuShare document routing task (Request): L2HE-PR-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2-R1.docx

Just realized that the procedures I need to link in L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3 are still in the Approvals folder.  If I create a hyperlink to the procedure that is in the Approvals folder, will the link to the procedure still work when the procedure gets moved to the Approved Procedures folder?

Below is each of the travelers and procedures, and what hyperlink(s) need to be added.    I can create the L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3 and send it to you in a few minutes.  The rest do not need a new revision; they only need the hyperlinks added before they are issued.

L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3: R2 in Pansophy.  R3 needs to be created, only change is to add the hyperlinks in the Reference section.

Tiffany,

I just checked, it got approved and I'm in the process of getting it put into the traveler. Just to be clear, as it has been several weeks, we don't have the L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3 available yet, right? The ASSY1 procedure is also approved, but once a traveler is in pansophy we can't edit it without creating a new revision.

Can you let me know if the procedure was approved? I know that there are a few procedures and travelers that are all waiting for things to get approved so that hyperlinks can be added. I'm busy until ~11 but I can try to help get hyperlinks added before you leave if there is time.

If you want to do some nudging, the only one left for these procedures are Danny and Kirk. I'll be out for the rest of the week, but if these get approved and are desperately needed, we at pansophy might be able to figure something out.

Thanks for getting these sent out for approval.  I've approved both of them.  Once they are ready to be issued, will you be able to add the hyperlink to the referenced SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-CST-ION procedure that you also sent out for approval today?
