Your procedures should all be in the approvals folder. I'm working on getting L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2 into pansophy right now. You should be good to make the CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3.

If the document gets moved, the link will change. As L2HE-PR-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY2 also needs SRF-MSPR-CLNRM-CST-ION, we're in a bit of a quandary. It does however only need Kirk Davis to sign before it can get put into production. If we can get him to sign it ASAP, I think I can get all the documents linked and at least get everything into production before lunchtime when I have to leave for my flight (with exception to your R3, which would only be out for approval). If you're on site, could you see if you can find him and get him to approve? I will also send an email to him.

Just realized that the procedures I need to link in L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3 are still in the Approvals folder.  If I create a hyperlink to the procedure that is in the Approvals folder, will the link to the procedure still work when the procedure gets moved to the Approved Procedures folder?

Below is each of the travelers and procedures, and what hyperlink(s) need to be added.    I can create the L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3 and send it to you in a few minutes.  The rest do not need a new revision; they only need the hyperlinks added before they are issued.

I just checked, it got approved and I'm in the process of getting it put into the traveler. Just to be clear, as it has been several weeks, we don't have the L2HE-CLNRM-CAV-ASSY1-R3 available yet, right? The ASSY1 procedure is also approved, but once a traveler is in pansophy we can't edit it without creating a new revision.

Can you let me know if the procedure was approved? I know that there are a few procedures and travelers that are all waiting for things to get approved so that hyperlinks can be added. I'm busy until ~11 but I can try to help get hyperlinks added before you leave if there is time.
