I selected "Yes" to production release and clicked "Submit", but the travelers don't close themselves...

All right. I will release them. Looks like all 7 passed the leak check after shortening.
Thanks,
Liang

Sounds good. I am adding the Pansophy email to this conversation with the request they add Liang as an authorized person to clear the hold point and close the traveler (L2PRD-CAV-INSP-FPFT).

Let's let Liang be in charge if she's ok with that. Anything that used to belong to L2 is now owned by HE. If these are the correct length, we can keep them as spares. If they are not usable, we should make sure they're disposed of so we don't use them by accident.

Hi Jacob,
I think these FPFTs were intended as spares for HE or other project that can use them. Maybe Katherine knows better which project they should belong to, or how HE want to use them. It should be easy to clear/close them as long as authorized. Either I or Katherine is fine with me.
Thanks,
Liang

Katherine and Liang,
There are 7 open travelers (L2PRD-CAV-INSP-FPFT seq 444-448, 450, 451) on the LCLS2 project associated with feedthroughs that were shortened. HyeKyoung opened the travelers in April 2021, but there is a hold point that can only be cleared by her or Tony. I don’t think it makes sense for Tony to clear these hold points, as he wasn’t part of the activity. I propose the traveler hold point be modified to allow either of you to clear the hold point and then close the traveler. Volunteers?
