Uttar,

You have a couple of options:

  1.  Save PDF
     *   Select Traveler
     *   Select SAVE PDF

[cid:image001.jpg at 01D7BB71.5CBE6880]

     * Display of Full Traveler and link; select link to Traveler Temp

[cid:image002.jpg at 01D7BB71.5CBE6880]

     * Displays a directory listing, find you traveler name + sequence number

[cid:image004.jpg at 01D7BB71.5CBE6880]

     * This will contain a PDF of your traveler and any files that were uploaded to the traveler.
  1.  User Defined
     * MAIN MENU -> DATAMINE MENU -> QUERIES -> USER DEFINED
     * This will bring up the user defined query area.

                                                    i.     Select Project and Traveler

                                                  ii. Select what variables you want to see (CNTRL+CLICK) to select multiple.

                                                iii.     Select Submit

                                                iv.     Select Submit, again

     * Displays a grid of selected variables, which can be exported to excel

[cid:image006.jpg at 01D7BB71.5CBE6880]

  1.  VARGRID
     * MAIN MENU -> DATAMINE MENU -> QUERIES -> VARGRID
     *   Select Project and Traveler
     * Displays a grid of all variables, which can be exported

Hope this helps.

Valerie

Subject: Traveler data download

Hi Valarie,

I was trying to download dimensional inspection data from 5C75-RI-NbSn01 (WFO Nb3Sn project). Is there a way that I can download all the data at once for a particular traveler? The inspection had been done several times, and I wanted them all. I was also trying to do the same with tuning data where the cavity was tuned multiple times. I was wondering if there is a folder with all the data that I can access and copy.

Best,

Uttar
