Another procedure conversion request.  Can you please convert the attached L2PRO procedure to an L2HE procedure?  I think the L2HE procedure name should be L2HE-PR-CHEM-VLV-CLN.  Please send the procedure to Ashley, Alex, and myself for review and approval.
