Unfortunately, it will be better to wait Tiffany. The procedure calls out that such changes need a revision.
That way, processes and data, match what is actually stated.
You can upload to the ready for approvals folder with a note about hold for Procedures and Allen can update the links when the procedure(s) get released.

Subject: [Pansophy] Traveler References

Can traveler references be updated after the traveler is approved / uploaded to Pansophy without having to go through review again?  I have a couple travelers that are otherwise ready to go out for review except there is one or more reference hyperlinks that will need to be updated (from L2PRO folder to L2HE folder for example).  If I'll have to revise the traveler again to update the hyperlinks, then I'll wait until the procedures are in place, but if it does not require a revision, then I can send the revision now for review.
