[Pansophy] SharePoint drive for Vendor Documentation?

We do have the folder on the M:-drive, a sharepoint might be better here. This seems for example also advisable for the material qualification data for the single cell tests which are only done at JLab. Ari's personal archive for the work done in this regard so far proved a bit impractical.
However, as SLAC is the official customer for the cavities this time, I would like to minimize our efforts in general bookkeeping beyond the data we generate ourselves in tests etc..

We should have a central repository for all HE vendor data. Was all that data kept on a Sharepoint site for L2?

Thanks, John. Valerie, I assume that the other Tech Reps have made their own arrangements for data transfer.

The hold point data is directly transferred from the vendor to a SharePoint provided by SLAC.
We will only be pulling some RF measurement data for our RF in traveler. We will either pull that from the SLAC SharePoint or from the paperwork which comes with the cavities, whatever proves to be more practical.

John V, what's the plan for cavity data?
Thanks,

John / Katherine,
How is vendor documentation currently being handle for the L2HE project?
Was a SharePoint drive setup? Is one needed?
Will this data be stored on the M:drive?
