Hello Suba!
I would be happy to help you.
My team is ready. We have tech writers and traveler processors ready.
We also already have an area setup for "small" research projects called SRFRD.
It is where we can quickly grab travelers from other projects, edit them for specifics, and then drop them into this already made project area. It shortens the time for generating travelers/procedures, but allows for Data Mining etc.
I will find some time to setup a quick meeting with you.
I hope this is helpful.

Hello Valerie,
Sorry for the late reply.
We haven't captured any of the work done so far on the JLEIC cavity on Pansophy.
Can we have a meeting to talk about how to capture the information.
I do not want spend too much time with a complicated data entry, but still would like to record the details.
Sorry about saying this, but I am quite buried with multiple projects going on.
But still would like to do something reasonable.
Hope you can help me.
Let me know a good time for a meeting. My calendar is up to date if you want to find a spot.
Or let me know a time that works for you and I can set up the meeting.
Thanks a lot.
Suba

Suba,
I heard in the morning meeting that you are taking over the crab cavity project, MEPCV2, from HyeKyoung.
It has been going through machine shop and EBW. The EBW group has a traveler in the SRFRD area of Pansophy.
Will you want some additional travelers to track the project? Please let us know how we can help you setup those travelers.
Thanks for your help!
