[Pansophy] UNIX soft links not working from File Explorer or Web Page Pansophy

The Pansophy Team uses Linux Soft Links for directory structures.
This has worked perfectly until recently. It appears that these links get broken frequently and will not remain constant.
My research shows that Windows 10 modified the way "links" are enabled (e.g. mklink).
How do I setup Linux links that can be used by our web system?

Ex. In the following directory:
/sgroup/asd/www/pansophy/html

>From linux, these work fine; but from windows File Explorer, they do not...

Nor do they work for our Traveler System...

You can not "submit" the page... It can't find the file
