Agreed, I've been trying to get that information from FNAL since mid-spring, only to be met with silence or them saying they're working on it.  I reached out again yesterday, hopefully we get some useful information.

For both the IROD2P and IROD2L there are no;



·         serial numbers

·         documentation



These items were received from FNAL back at the end of March.



Since the purpose of the INV traveler is to capture documentation/certification for serialized parts, I don’t see the point in making these travelers.
