Hi Allen,

Thank you for the quick edits. Glad to get those out of the way before I put too much work into the traveler. I'm calling this an R0 traveler because it captures the essence of the procedure and what data will be captured, but is not finalized or ready for signatures. I uploaded it to docushare, but don't plan to do any more work on this before the PRR.

I took a quick look at this, and realized there were a couple changes that needed to be made. I had a bit of time, so I went ahead and made them for you. The first is that the traveler was in the old template (you can tell by the NCR Emails cell. It’s supposed to be three separate cells, NCR Informative, NCR Dispositioners, and D3 emails). The second was the ± special character symbols. These show up as errors in Pansophy, so I had them changed to +/-. Lastly, the step numbers kept repeating and skipping step 8.

For the PRR, if this is not going to be ready in time for approvals and upload, please put it in the drafts folder until it is. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to Pansophy.

Attached is the 0th revision of the HOM tuning traveler (for strings / cryomodules). I changed steps 1-10 from the L2 traveler, but these changes need to be extended to all 8 cavities in the traveler. I will make these changes for R1, but wanted to send this to you before the PRR.
