Hi Michael,
The limits for the resistance values, as noted in the traveler were specific to the HE production magnets. So no change was made to section 3.5.1.
I have discussed with Larry today and  added the acceptance criterion for RTD sensors in the revised traveler. (https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/Get/Document-249812/L2HE-INSP-QUAD-R1.docx).  Please take a look at it and let me know if you have any further comments.

Larry has reviewed the updated version this evening. According to him, it is ready for approval.

Here are Michael's  comments from the disapproval. These should have been in the disapproval email that Allen forwarded to you

Michael Morrone Comments:
Hey Allen,
I found some possible discrepancies in the traveler.
1. Step 3.5.1 Voltage tap wires inspection requirement listed says should be between 10 to 20 ohms.
3.5.1.2. Q- to VT2 on previous LCLSII magnets spec was 141 ohms (way above new spec given above)
3.5.1.3. HD- to VT3 on previous LCLSII magnets spec was 9.0 ohms (below new spec given above)
3.5.1.5. VD- to VT5 on previous LCLSII magnets spec was 9.0 ohms (below new spec given above)
And 3.8.12. Did RTDs pass the tests? No spec was given in the traveler to determine if recorded values have passed or failed?
Everything else looks good.

I sent you this traveler for your review, and obtained your feedback, and answered your queries before finalizing the traveler and routing for approval.

I see that the traveler was disapproved today. Can you let me know the reason for disapproval or any questions or suggestions you may have that need to be addressed or incorporated further into the updated version of the traveler
