John V,

As we prepare for ISO certifications, and following revision control of travelers, we need to create a new revision of this traveler.

I have asked Allen to create R2 with your emailed change and to start the approval process.
Please advise all persons to watch for their DS email and approval ASAP. Then Allen can put R2 into production.

At that point Megan can update Roland's current traveler (seq num 1) to the R2 version and notate the change in the database for purposes of change control.

Thank you for your understand and help in these efforts.

Dear Allen,

There is a small edit required in the above mentioned traveler. Under Step 4 it says:
"Attach cable 1 from VNA port 1 to main coupler port antenna (high-Q fixed antenna, SST Inc.) and cable 2 from VNA port 2 to field probe port antenna (Kyocera)"
which should be replaced by
"Attach cable 1 from VNA port 1 to main coupler port antenna (high-Q fixed antenna, SST Inc.) and cable 2 from VNA port 2 to the HOM feedthrough at the other end of the cavity (long beam tube side) (Kyocera)"

I talked to Roland and apparently he is already following the second procedure, plus the old data spreadsheets stated the same. I guess we do not need a "full" review for this edit. Apparently the first edit slipped and was overlooked.

Many thanks in advance,
John
