After taking a quick look at the spreadsheet, it is very similar to the status boards I just released for C75 and I plan to create them for C50R as well. Here are the links for reference4. If you are interested in more, don't hesitate to send an email pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>. We want to try to help make things as simple as possible for you all

Thanks Ashley -
Yes I think it would be great if he could keep it in a location where we all could see it
For information the Pansophy Team have been asking for formats of trackers that we have been using so that the new Pansophy Status Boards are meeting the needs of Production and the projects - that was the main reason that I wanted to share what Alex and Kurt and been using , in case there were ideas that should be adopted
Thanks again
Anne

Anne,
I appreciate you sharing this information. Alex was given this sheet from Kurt before he left and has adapted it for his purposes.
Alex has been tasked with tracking parts as they move through work-centers and I think we should trust him to handle this task. If you'd like him to keep the information more public, I can ask him to keep it somewhere more visible.
Thank you,

Subject: Kurt Macha's Part Tracker
Hi all
In case you had not seen this , before Kurt Macha retired he put together a proposal for tracking C75 Parts , which I have attached - of course it is now out of date - but was a good concept I think
Kurt provided this to Alex before he left - although I think in the end Alex decided to follow a different format that he has been presenting in the C75 meetings
For information I took the liberty of pasting in what Alex has been using to one of the tabs - CEBAF-5Cell in the daily planning schedules (8:30 meeting) so that it is available for anyone needing this information
For the Pasnophy team - You might want to take a look from the point of view of the status boards that you are working on
Best wishes -
Anne
